Good rubynewby resource

PLEAC contains a cookbook of common tasks for many different
programming languages, ruby being one of them.

If you are familiar with other languages, or programming in general
its a handy 'how-to' reference.

Unfortunately the ruby examples are not 100% complete, it would be
nice if a list guru filled in the gaps, and maybe took a look at the
existing examples to make sure they are current 'best practice'.
