Graphics on the fly

Any idea how I can make a graphic on-the-fly containing graphical
implementation of letters and numbers (like a capcha for example) in
dotnet?

If it makes a difference ...
o server is WS3
o preferred language C#

Thanks - looks just right. Got the project to work ok in stand-alone
mode, now to learn the incantations to make it play nicely with my
httphandler for Jpegs. Fortunately, we're never too far away from the
next full moon.
