How do I add an item to a controls popup menu in the designer?

I've created a custom control but i would like to have a customized
property sheet that I can access by the right-click pop-up menu. This
would be similar to the 'Property Builder' or 'Auto Format' on the
DataGrid menu.

I have built a custin UI Type Editor but this only seems wo to work on
a property in the existing property sheet.

I've created a custom designer class that generates teh design time
HTML but can't control the right click menu from this.
