Hi,
I need to write a function which can convert the format
20030915T120000+0500 (15th Sept, 2003 + 5 Hr) to 20030915T170000, I
really have no idea how it can be down easily with system API. I am
using C++ on Solaris. Could any Guru here be kind eough to give me
some ideas?
