HTML to Image

Does anyone if there is a way in .Net to send HTML markup to something in
..Net and have it save what the HTML would look like in a browser to some
type of image file like jpeg?

The component that makes HTTP queries, converts web pages to bitmap on the
fly and makes thumbnails can be downloaded here:

That's nice that an add on component exists but I don't have that option. I
asked is there a way to do this in .Net.
