IE 6.0 Issues

Please help if you are aware of this issue. This looks like an IE 6.0
issue.
We have ontab(onBlur) events in the form In IE 5.x they are
functioning properly. ie. the browser waits for the completion of the
event before it submits. But in IE 6.0, if the user clicks on the
submit, the browser does n't wait for the tab events completion and it
is submitting the form and users are getting wrong results.

Any help is appreciated.
