IE WebControls disappearing

Hi. I'm using the IE WebControl's ToolBar in my application. One of the
users has reported that sometimes the ToolBar just disappears. He is the
only one that has this problem so it shouldn't be anything wrong with the
application or the server. The user is currently solving this problem this
way: Tools -> Internet options -> Delete Cookies/Files. He is using IE
version 6.0. 2800.1106 SB2. Does anyone know what he should do to
permanently fix this problem?
