IIS didn't register ASPX extensions and debugging..

IIS when I installed ASP.NET didnt register the .ASPX file type and also
didnt register the debugging for ASP.NET.. I tried toe aspnet_regiis -i, but
no change, how do I get this installed to have ASP.NET registered for file
types in IIS and debugging? thanks!
