How do I know which user account is used by IIS.

Typically it is IUSR_ServerName...

If you are running anonymously--check in Internet Services Manager by
right-clicking and selecting properties, then edit the security. That's
where you set whether or not it runs anonymously and if so--under which
account, the default being IUSR_machinename

Usually, it is IUSR_machinename. However, if you are running applications
out-of-process (Application Protection is set to High (Isolated), or you are
using the Session and Application events in global.asa, the IWAM_machinename
account is used.
