Hi,
I'm looking for suggestions on how to implement a custom image picker
for Kevin Roth's excellent rich text edit field -

Basically, rather than popping up a form that lets you type in an url,
i want a dialog that lets me browse some location (be it on web or
inside a db) and pick the image i want. Also, there's a button you
click to upload a new image instead of using an existing one.
I'm aware i'll have to use server-side scripting (php in my case) for
a lot of the functionality; other than that, i'm rather blank,
especially on matters concerning js.
The form I open, should it be a new page, which lets me navigate
folders and eventually select an image? Or is it better/possible to do
it all using js, or...?
What's the best solution for uploading images; w.r.t. which tasks i
should perform using js, html forms and server-side logic..?
Finally, I guess I should ask whether anyone know of a free chunk of
code that already do this. Server-side language doesn't matter, I
imagine anything can be ported to php.
