Importing Address Book contacts

Hi, I would like to know if is there a library that gives the
possibility to import Address Book contacts in java.
Not exactly "import", but selecting contacts to use for sending
something.
Also by drag & dropping.
I haven't found anything.

With MS Outlook Express you can 'export' it as a csv file.
Also, I don't remember how I did it, but I have a MS Access
file of these addresses too.
