Install hangs registering System.EnterpriseServices.dll.
The installation is done on Windows NT SP6, maybe some
running services responsible for it.
But I was unable to pint point the cause. Is it possible
to use cordbg or any other JIT debugger, on a system
without .NET Framework?
Is there any other way to get more information, the log file
dotNetFx.log does not give you any clue.
