There are a number of posts relating to this error, but none of them
that I have seen mention that Norton/Symantec Antivirus can also cause
this problem. If you turn the Script Blocking option off the problem
disappears immediately.
Incidentally you can diagnose the situation by downloading modules.exe
from Seagate and taking a snapshot of your application at the point
that the error is occurring. If you find the dll SCRAUTH.DLL in the
list then that may be the cause.
