where can I download optional packages to j2me?I need Wireless
Messaging API and
Mobile Media API!
I tried http://www.jcp.org/en/jsr/tech?listBy=1&listByType=platform,
with no success.

If you mean to put on the device, that's not possible. All such
functionality has to be built *into* the MIDP implementation on the device.
You can't add them in with your MIDlet suite.

You can download the Wireless Toolkit 2.x which comes with a reference
implementation for both for you to use for development. But, again, you
can't load those implementations onto a device to use there.
