J2ME online API anywhere?

Hello,

Does anyone know whether there is an HTML site somewhere
that looks the same as:

http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/index.html

but has the javax.microedition.* classes and their methods
documented for the MIDP 1.0.3 and MIDP 2.0 specifications?

I see the following PDF file there:
http://java.sun.com/products/midp/midp-wirelessapps-wp.pdf

However, while I do see the class names, I do not see the actual API.
For instance, where are he constructors for the Command objects
documented?

OK, I now notice the documentation is part of the MIDP download:
