I'm looking for a Java based SNMP manager API product. I'm currently
using Netaphor's Cyberons product but they've informed me that I can
no longer renew support because they are no longer supporting it.
I need MIB support with a good MIB compiler, IPV6 and SNMPV3.
Shareware is fine but also so is commercial software. Primary
platforms are Sparc Solaris and HPUX but I need a pure Java solution.
Also, some API's I've seen (AdventNet's SNMPLibrary) charge
distribution royalties which our accounting guys hate (because of the
cost of tracking customer installations).
Any good recommendtations? I can buy the source for Cyberons but I
really don't have the time or the staff to support the API myself.
