jsp include absolute path

Hi

I have to include a file which is on local file system,
i tried doing this

<% String myUrl = "C:/content/terms.xhtml" %>
<jsp:include page="<%=myUrl%>" flush="true" />

but it doesent work.

I was wondering if anybody out there had run into a similar issue and
whether they could offer any pointers as to what makes this break.
