Library of asp.net server side controls

All,

I am looking for a sample code (or) library which contains a asp.net
control (similar to asp.net table control) that can allow me to do
things like -
-> add/remove any columns/rows from the table depending on the user
interaction with the table
-> change the contents of each cell of the table dynamically (say till
the user clicks on the cell there will be a hyper link and once he
clicks on it there is a drop down)
-> display bmps etc in the cells which can change with user
interaction

Before starting from scratch I wanted to make sure that I am not
reinventing the wheel!

If there is any web site/company that gives/sells these kind of
asp.net controls?
