Line numbers not tracked in Release version?

I have error trapping in my web application. When I encounter an error in
"Debug" version line numbers show up in my error message. If I change it
from "Debug" to "Release" and encounter a error no line numbers are
displayed.

Any ideas how I can have the line numbers displayed in a Release version?
