Link Error

I have an email I am creating from my aspx page that is putting the
following link in my email:

<a href='http://www.fts.com/uploads/RFP07070320.doc'>Uploaded RFP</a>

This opens fine in Word when I click on the link but I get an error.

What error???

Also, whether I say yes or no it still opens the file in Word.

It works fine but just gives me the error?
