Linking to data in MySQL

Hi all,

I have a working database connection to a MySQL database which is located t
my webhosting provider. I'd like now to display the retrieved information in
a JTable, JField or whatever. Could anyone give me a hint how to proceed? I
don't find a way round, already spent hours on it Thaaaaanks!!!
