Login failed for user 'CR578941-A\ASPNET'

I just made a web application in ASP.NET and when I run
it I get the message "Login failed for user 'CR578941-
A\ASPNET'" in the result page.

How do you correct this, and why this is happening.
I am very new to web application in .NET
