Mails not receiving from techint.com.bh domain

When the users of techint.com.bh send me mails to my Yahoo ID,
they are receiving bounce-back error msg as below:

recipient was unavailable to take delivery of the message

to any Yahoo IDs.

Please explain - why they are getting this errors.
