NavigateUrl not binding to resources

Hi,

It seems like none of my NavigateUrl are being binded to my resources
files.
so my NavigateUrl is always using the default language. Any idea why?
The text of the link is localized fine but no the NavigateUrl.

I don't see why

any idea ?
