Needs suggestion

Hello friends

i had uploded a file http://www.cybersurf.in/stuff/district_ahmedabad.htm.

there is hidden div on the map whenever some one takes a mouse on a
circle the hidden divs get visible it shows perfectly on IE but when
looks the same thing on firefox the some divs are shows perfectly but
some divs blinks on the place.

W3 http://validator.w3.org/gives 30 errors, 2 warnings

Opera Error Console reports several errors, including "pdding-top is an
unknown property".

Firefox Error Console reports four errors.

You should fix those first.
