Look at Iab Studio from www.worcsnet.com. This tool would be ideal in
your case. It allows to rapidly create J2EE applications. In fact, you
may not even know web development to create rich internet
applications; you do not need to learn overcomplicated frameworks like
struts; it has a in-browser IDE, which does things in the same manner
as visual studio (it's client side control oriented though,
interesting concept imho); check it out, it's worth it. They have a
sample application at www.iabstudio.com - very impressive.
