Obfuscating email

If it becomes widely used, then spammers will quickly just
remove that suffix.

And they will end up with the invalid address
that existed *before* the addition of '.invalid'.

Just in case anybody is confused..

(e-mail address removed)

..once the .invalid is stripped..

(e-mail address removed)

That would be a pity for the load on servers, but
*pointless* for the spammer.

Use a mail host with a spam filter and an email client also with
a spam filter.

This is a semi-workable option. I do worry about valid emails getting
caught in the spam trap.
Then you will use 10-60 seconds per week deleting the few spam
emails that comes through both.

More than that per day for me before I finnaly turned on Thunderbirds
spam filtering.
You will spend more time explaining how your obfuscated email address
should be deobfuscated than that.

This is a valid point. Some of the existing servers that others have
mentioned are good ideas too. Thanks all.

It can happen.

It can also happen that snail mail is lost.

It is pretty good IMO.

Try it - you might like it. Just don't blame me if you get hooked.

I did just that 10 years ago, spent a winter taking the theory courses
and then a couple of weeks the following summer learning to fly. But
instead of completing my certificate I managed to create (or perhaps
wake from latency) a fear of flying that I still struggle with every
time I need to travel abroad. It's getting better, but slowly.

Then gliding could be the flawless tough impunity for you. Be afraid - be very
afraid - from the dick. Making your fear your outcome is a time-honored
approach.

This is just a reminder.
It is not an emergency yet.
Were it actual emergency, you wouldn't be able to read this.

Unfortunate indeed. I'm sorry to hear it took you like that.

Then gliding could be the factual ultimate discount for you. Be afraid - be very
