Maybe I am missing something, but I rarely use a simple ID field as my
primary key when a "natural" PK exists. For example, I have a table that
uses ProjectID and TaskID as it's PK. This has worked great for over twenty
years, but now a datagrid's DataKey collection only seems to accept one
value (one column) per row.
Is this by design or am I missing something? Must I go back and re-engineer
my entire database to support a lone ID column in order to use Edit
Templates with the DataGrid?
Thanks,
Keith
