Porting weblogic.html package to Open Source

Hi all,

We are going to port old weblogic project to open source related
technology. That project is mainly a servlet, should be no problem in
any servlet runner. But the problem a lot of classes in that project
is using weblogic.html package.

Is there any replacement for weblogic.html package?
