RadiobuttonList and CheckBoxList Query

Now here's one basic thing which a beginner cant solve

I had given the datasource of the check box list is provided with the
oleDBDataReader and is working fine
now
how to find which check box is checked and which is unchecked similar
is the case of radiobuttonlist

help ..
