Since Travis Parks asked a question about C++ careers, I thought I may
as well throw this question in there (albeit a different topic). I

How many of you actually paid money to gain membership access and
remained so? If you paid for the membership, what would you say are
the major benefits that you've experienced, and how did it help you
network with other programming professionals whom you otherwise
wouldn't have met? I'm asking these questions to evaluate whether I
should shell out the money for the membership.
