Recruiter needs Help! Not a job Posting!

Hi! I know that this is more of a technical discussion group then a job
posting group. I use usenet for lots of personal stuff, so I know what
it is when your group gets filled with Spam, and I apologize if this is
viewed as such. I promise, there is a real fellow behind it. My
problem is this: Finding good J2EE/JAVA people is extremely difficult.
Besides the job boards, can you guys and gals suggest any good places
to find solid developers? Where do you guys hang out and talk the talk?
Where would be a good place to discuss potential opportunities without
seeming like a loser? Thanks so much,

Wicked cool Sites Kaeli. Loved your cat oriented one. Got my own lil'
baby, raised from a bottle when she was 2 weeks old. She's 4 now. My
spots are mainly permanent, mainly Fortune 500 financial. The TopCoder
site was awesome but not quite the resources I need. Thanks for
responding.
