I believe it would be possible to rewrite the C++ standards using only the
words
where, when , if , defined, undefined, the, is and used.
The true meaning of the standard would be slighlty dubious however users
could always come into this newsgorup and request the true meaning. [Note:
This definition would be quite useless as they would be currently working on
a new definition of the words:
where, when , if , defined, undefined, the, is and used. End Note]
This seems not too far away from the truth of reality to me.
No wonder people are confused about the basic concepts of C++.
