Running exes from web pages

Just a thought... With this new exploit out for IE, telling newbies that
running EXEs from a web pages can't be done is no longer true ;-)

Although it's not a cross-browser method, it's still supported by the
majority browser!

its been possible since at least IE5.01 (about the last 5 years) its
just that yet another way to do it has been discovered.
