Same header and footer across multiple sites/server.

I have multiple web sites on different servers, which have the same header
and footer code. What is the best architecture to allow for the sharing of
the code across the servers?

If it is a static code. You can store it in a SQL Server
Database. Otherwise you can design a web service to create
code automatically....
