send a querystring from client to aspx page

I want to activate an aspx page from the client.

just oppening the url from html page (client), ie openning the page with
parameter : my_url.aspx?my_param=1

I just want to get to another page (it may be an aspx page or any) without
openning a new page (just stay on the current page).

What are you asking exactly? You WANT to get to another page but you DON'T
want to open another page?
