sending debug tracing strings to windebug on windows

Yes i know this isn't portable but....

is there a way to output debug information to the windows windbg
application? I would settle for a java solution. what i want is to end
debug messages to a separate application for viewing.
I am running a server and do not want tracing info to go a command
window.

The standard logging feature allows output to a file. Use that instead.
