Hi All,
I have a requirment to send pre-defined messges to a server written in C over TCP/IP. The pre-defined messages are as C structs and There is a restriction over the structs that it has to be pragma pack(2) compitable. I would like to use Java to write the client . Is it a good choice ? how i can ensure that the datastream sent to server is pragma pack(2) compaitable ?
Any pointer on this will be of great help.
