Two situations:
1. JSF application. There is also servlet included. Servlet generates
CSV report file.
2. Tapestry application. New version of previous app. Servlet that
generate the same report is moved here, too.
Problem: encoding.
In the 1. servret returns proper encoding. When moved in Tapestry,
encoding is wrong. The same servlet!
Why? Servlet in independent in both frameworks.
