"Set Next Statement" using the Mozilla JavaScript C API

I am using the Mozilla JavaScript C API and I have been able to use it
to write a small application that can execute a script, set
breakpoints etc. However, I have not quite figured out how to move the
execution to a different line. e.g. the code runs and stops (due to a
breakpoint) at line 8 of a file, and we set line 3 as the next
statement. When we say "Continue" it now starts at line 3 but retains
its context. This is essentially the "Set Next Statement"
functionality in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET .

Anybody has any ideas on what functions etc I should be looking at
here?

There isn't currently a way to do this, as moving the program counter
may also require moving the stack-pointer (simply retaining all
context doesn't necessarily make sense).
