sharepoint and asp.net problem

I have Share point Portal server ,Project server 2003 and dot net installed on the same machine. When I try to open my asp.net applications or try to create a new web application it gives error.
What is the problem with this.
Is there any processes to be followed while installing SPS and Dotnet on same machine
Please help me in this regard.
