SLE4442 Memory Card the PIN lock

Ha All!
I have an ACR38 devkit and i'm write a Java program, what operate this
cards (SLE4442).
My problem: If I fail to provide the not correct PIN number 3 times in
a row for writing data, the card blocks, hence this isn't accept the
correct PIN, too.
Can I reset these cards?

If you had run over the SLE4442 7 times in your
motor home, would you ask the folks over on
rec.outdoors.rv-travel how to fix it?

This has nothing to do with Java.

Can I reset these cards?

So, I programmed my app with Smart Card I/O API, this is the
association.
If somebody programmed these cards from Java, perhaps can help me.
If you aren't, please let me alone.

This you have to check in the devkit of the card.
