Software j2me to read gps coordinations

I want to write a j2me program for symbian cellular phone Nokia N70.
I'd like to read the gps coordinates from gps sensor connected to the
phone through bluetooth connection. The programm muste execute on laptop
connected through bluetooth connection with cellular phone.
What is the way ?
