Specify the path in 'save to' dialog box ?

Hi,
Is there a way in javascript (or with another techno) to control the path
the browser choose when you click on a download link ?
On IE for example it seems it choose the last used directory and i'm trying
to specify my own directory (c:\test) for example... Any idea ?
