status bar ticking forward

Hi,

I am using a servlet application which when I call up a certain page,
the status bar just keeps on ticking forward, you know the progress
bar at the bottom of the screen.

This is happening only on one page. I am doing nothing differnt to
this page that I think would cause this. Any ideas?
