Switch too message on startup...

I get a "server busy, click switch to to activate or cancel to debug" message
whenever I start my PC. First I have no clue what server is busy and what is
it I'm switching to? I've clicked the cancel to debug and yet upon
restarting the message reappears. Can anyone help me with this? I'm at a
loss as to what started it all and how do I fix it?
