system.web.ui.control issue

i there i am tring to run through page controls and get thier text from the database
and its work fine to the point it tries to get the "Page Title"
for that i get nothing cause its not a "control"?
how can i set it to be threaten as a control so i can reach the text in the database?
any idea?...
