why do we *need* to do that exactly?

if you need to ask you *really need* to do it.

its probably a lot of fun wondering around the internet copy/pasting
legal documents that you feel suit your needs but its a really dumb
idea. at the very least, absolute minimum you need a lawyer to go over
the documents to make sure they do what you want, there aren't any icky
bits and that they are of course legal.

really and truly, i'm not shitin' ya

I am not after sites that have T&C's already, I am after sites that explain
them and would help us create our own.

Is their anyone on this newsgroup who isn't a prejudgemental twit? and will
not give one sentance answers, if you want people to explain their
problems/questions, shouldn't you do the same with answers?

as per my original question "is their a good web site for legal issues ...?"

i'd prefer it if you'd refer to me as a prejudgemental fuckwit.

I understand what your trying to get at, but I'd rather you didn't. all i
was after was a web site, much like this one.

Just as a matter of interest, have you visited any newsgroups generally
frequented by lawyers discussing legal issues, and asked them to recommend a
good web site for web design issues?

Cheers,
Nige

No, but I think he's about halfway through his law degree. Though there
is a rumour going around he dropped out. Will keep you posted.
