Testing Asp Moble apps from the desktop?

Is there a web program or a addon for IE/Firefox to allow testing Asp
Mobile apps from the desktop? Eg. Have the webbrowser emulate the
size and and features of the mobile device?

normally you install the device emulators, and test with that. if you don't
control the device, you will need several to test different browsers, screen
sizes, etc.
