Textchanged's event start before the button click's event ?

Hello,
I have a formview with a textbox and a button with an Insert commandname. I
have put a textchanged event without a autopostback and i see that when i
click the button, the textchanged's event start before the button click's
event. It modifies my textbox.text before insert the data and that's what i
want... it's the normal behavior ? will it always be like that ??
